Return Policy for Customized Apparel

At Happy Tree Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed apparel tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales of customized or personalized apparel are final.

No Returns or Exchanges:
Once an order has been customized—through printing, embroidery, or any form of personalization—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to garments with names, logos, designs, or specific color combinations chosen by the customer.

Exceptions:
Returns may be considered only in the event of:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A printing error that differs from the approved design or order details

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at happytreeprinting@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue for faster resolution.
